Legged robots mimic the leg movements of a human or animal and can therefore walk on rough roads and even hazardous environments in a stable manner. And take a look at one of our practical case is LPMS-06B-06S. The LPMS-06B-06S is an extremely small slide ring measuring only 8.5mm in diameter and 14.2mm long. There are 4 channels for electrical power and 2 channels for analog signal. This very small slip ring fits legged robots with limited mounting space and harsh weight limits. Another mature solution is the LPM-30 branch. The slip rings within this encoder integrate up to 30 channels and due to the relatively large structure, the mini LPM slip ring is able to integrate different types of slip rings such as HD video signals, CAN, USB and GND, etc.
