First of all, the LPT025-0420-0607 and LPT000-0213 are two models of slip rings that transmit power only. There are many channels and hence it is capable of transmitting a large current. It is applied in medium-sized and large-sized pipe robot. To be more specific, these slip rings are generally installed through the socket in the cable reel of the control center.
Moreover, there are also hybrid slip rings for sanitation robots that can transmit power and signals at the same time. The LPT000-3816-2002-04S features plenty of power channels and signal channels. There are 38 16A power channels, 20 2A channels, and 4 specialty signal channels. FLRY power channels are adopted as twisted and shielded pairs to transmit signals.
As for the small-sized pipe robot, LPC-24A-0216-0202, LPC-18A-01-0802-HD01, and LPM-12F-0802-HD01 are the main slip ring models chosen. Take the LPMS-06B-06S electric slip ring for example, there are two channels for signal, one channel for analog video signal and two channels for other signals. LPM-12F-0802-HD01 is a hybrid slip ring model with the ability to transmit high definition video signals. Slip rings can be mounted on the cam link on pipe robots. It is compact in size and has a high degree of protection.
