JINPAT Latest Model Slip Ring For Offshore Platform On Delivery

Offshore platform is a very important part among the application fields of slip rings. Compared with other industries, the slip ring of offshore platform has high current capacity. Therefore, most of JINPAT slip rings for offshore platforms are large current slip rings. The current JINPAT large slip rings are generally customized slip rings. 

Among JINPAT slip rings for offshore platforms, most of them are dedicated to offshore cranes and marine cranes. The latest model of JINPAT slip ring is dedicated to offshore crane. This latest high-power slip ring is coded as LPA000-03300-01PE-0350-0210-16S. JINPAT, with a long history and experience in conducting R&D of slip rings, is able to complete the design and production of the structure in a relatively short time.

The LPA000-03300-01PE-0350-0210-16S large current slip ring consists of two modules. There are 3 channels of 300A power and one ground wire in the large current slip ring module. This part is powered by carbon brush friction pairs. The working voltage of the two parts is 690VAC and 380VAC. The other module is the weak current signal module. This latter module is integrated within the dedicated slip ring through the hole.

It consists of two channels of 10A 220VAC and 16 channels of weak current signal 24VAC. In terms of environmental adaptability, since there are already protection measurements on application platforms, the high current slip ring with IP44 can operate stably between -10℃~+45℃ under 90% humidity. To deal with the cold environment, a 200W thermostat is integrated inside the slip ring to heat the component. With the thermostat and cooler, the current JINPAT large slip ring shows greater flexibility in adaptability.
