Traditional slip rings typically come with lengthy lead wire harnesses, which often lead to issues such as tangled cables and wiring confusion during the on-site assembly of cranes. I. Flexible "Lead-Free" Structure

Unlike traditional products, this slip ring features a unique structural design in which neither the rotor end nor the stator end is equipped with external lead wires:

 

  • Screw Terminal Connection: The internal conductive rings are routed directly to a terminal block; users can quickly complete cable connections simply by tightening the screws.

 

  •  Integrated Junction Box: This design allows users to perform wiring operations directly within the slip ring's built-in junction box. This not only ensures a neat and aesthetically pleasing appearance but also significantly enhances the electrical safety of the wiring connections.
